Randy Weddle is the International Herald Tribune’s Asia Pacific Managing director based in Hong Kong. A position he has held for over 10 years, Mr. Weddle is responsible for managing all facets of the business with a team of 90 across the region. During his current tenure Mr. Weddle oversaw the expansion of the International Herald Tribune’s regional operation with the launch of 12 new printsites and 5 publishing alliances with leading national newspapers in Asia.

Previously, Mr. Weddle was stationed at the International Herald Tribune’s head office in Paris and served as Director of global communications. He directed the marketing and communications operation for the newspaper around the world.

Prior to joining the International Herald Tribune, Mr. Weddle worked for Saatchi & Saatchi and Metromedia Company in New York.

Mr. Weddle holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
